MCMB SERVICES
Wetland Mitigation

| Mitigation
Planning MCMB provides
full-service mitigation planning
to assist businesses through the
process of acquiring Clean Water
Act Section 404 Permits.
Businesses in need of permits and
authorizations, from the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers, can gain
valuable information working with
someone who understands the
process.
While the
most important planning element
is usually timing, other
positives related to using MCMB
for Mitigation Planning is
cost-effective and reduced
long-term liability with the use
of mitigation credits to satisfy
mitigation requirements. In many
cases, mitigation bank credit
purchases are the best choice to
satisfy mitigation requirements.
Building on past efforts, Terry
McKenzie provides support
services that are timely and cost
effective.

"I
never for a day gave up
listening to the songs of
our birds, or watching
their peculiar habits, or
delineating them in the
best way I could." -
John James Audubon |

| Environmental
Education As the growing Texas
population moves farther away
from rural areas, many school
systems are challenged to address
environmental issues in an
outdoor setting that will capture
the interest of today's youth.
MCMB provides this atmosphere and
is committed to working with
educators and school systems to
provide access to an extensive
outdoor classroom. MCMB is school
bus, van and car friendly with
access during most weather
situations.

Martin Creek
Mitigation Bank offers
photographic
opportunities for
wildlife, native plants,
and rural landscapes. At
the forefront are Spider
Lily bogs covering
several acres across
MCMB. Blooming over a
short time in late March
and early April, these
rare native plants are a
beautiful challenge to
both professional and
amateur photographers.
Wildlife ranges from
whitetail deer, wild hogs
and multiple species of
birds that vary with the
seasons. Photogenic
blinds are available for
use during all seasons
and are located at prime
locations on the
property.

Photography
